SDSX has recently introduced three 2W series microwave linear power amplifier chips, covering the frequency ranges of 12–16 GHz (model GSP01502AQ), 16–20 GHz (model GSP01802AQ), and 21–24 GHz (model GSP02302AQ). These chips are primarily used in microwave point-to-point communication, satellite communication, and wireless general applications.
The performance of these three chips has reached an excellent level in the industry. They operate with a 6V supply voltage, and the third-order intermodulation distortion at +20dBm SCL is better than -44dBc. These chips cover the mainstream frequency bands of the current microwave point-to-point communication market. It is the first time for a domestic brand to systematically launch this type of chips, which also have significant cost advantages and supply assurance.
The corresponding international mainstream microwave chip models for GSP01502AQ, GSP01802AQ, and GSP02302AQ are as follows:

Taking GSP01502AQ as an example, the device form is shown below.GSP01502AQ is packaged in a 5×5 mm, 24-lead lead-free package, which meets the ROHS requirements. The block diagram and pin definitions are as follows:
