Shenzhen SDSX Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2017 and maintains its headquarters in Shenzhen, with subsidiaries strategically located in Chengdu, Wuxi, and Beijing. The company operates high-specification ESD-protected cleanroom laboratories across its Shenzhen and Chengdu R&D centers, totaling over 5,000 square meters and equipped with advanced testing systems alongside customized reliability verification platforms. Complementary manufacturing capabilities are provided through state-of-the-art Module production facilities in Chengdu and Wuxi, enabling long-term, stable, and rapid delivery of high-performance, ultra-reliable products to global customers.

SDSX specializes in multi-generational semiconductor solutions spanning first-generation silicon-based RF chips, second-generation gallium arsenide (GaAs) modules, and third-generation gallium nitride (GaN) integrated systems. With integrated circuit R&D at the core of its operations, technical staff constitute over 60% of the workforce.
