2020年以来,随着移动终端和路由设备更新换代,一个新的概念开始向大众推广—Wi-Fi 6。Wi-Fi 6( 原称:IEEE 802.11.ax )即第六代无线网络技术,是Wi-Fi联盟创建于IEEE 802.11标准的无线局域网技术, 其主要特点是速度更快、延时更低、容量更大、更安全、更省电。
两款芯片为中高功率FEM, 适配博通 ( Broadcom ) Wi-Fi 6主芯片平台, pin to pin对标的国际主流Wi-Fi 6射频芯片供应商型号分别为:Skyworks 85755/ Qorvo QPF4506B ( 5GHz FEM ) 和Skyworks 85337/ Qorvo QPF4206B ( 2.4GHz FEM ) 。
两款FEM均采用5V供电,标准的16-pin 3*3mm QFN封装。
